Our Story
Here at Fat Sushi Guy, we believe in providing high-quality products and creating a unique dining experience to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Damian Chin is a traveling Private Sushi Chef and after the 15 years of his sushi adventures and experiences, he now resides on the Big island of Hawaii. Where he recreates and bottles some of his favorite sushi sauces, marinades and condiments for the rest of the world to enjoy at home.
